Job summary

BairesDev is hiring a Scrum Master focused on security to guide agile delivery for a team operating in sensitive security contexts. You will keep sprints focused, anticipate friction, and support the team with proven Scrum practices in a technically complex space.

You will collaborate with security engineers and cross-functional stakeholders, enabling steady momentum and predictable delivery while working in a fully remote setup and leveraging English proficiency.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as Scrum Master or Agile facilitator.

• Proficient in DevSecOps, vulnerability management, or cloud security.
