Job summary

Amrize is seeking an experienced SAP Security Administrator to deliver accurate SAP access management across BE and BM, ensuring SLA adherence and proper approvals. You will manage provisioning, de-provisioning, and SOX-aligned controls while maintaining thorough ServiceNow records.

The role requires hands-on SAP Security and GRC experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize competing requests. Knowledge of IT controls is highly valued in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of SAP Security experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP & SAP GRC user administration, role design and assignment, provisioning/de-provisioning, and security change management.
• Experience managing access requests through an IT service management platform (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Knowledge of SOX compliance and IT controls is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Process SAP access requests, provisioning, and de-provisioning across BE and BM.
• Validate request completeness, required approvals, and alignment with established access procedures before implementation.
• Complete assigned requests within the required SLA.
• Maintain accurate ServiceNow records, including implementation details and completion evidence.
• Verify that implemented access matches the approved ServiceNow request.
• Escalate complex role issues and technical failures to L2 support.
• Ensure compliance with segregation of duties per SOX principles.

Role Summary:

Deliver accurate and timely SAP access administration across the BE and BM segments. Maintain strict adherence to the established SLA while ensuring that all access requests have the required approvals and supporting records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process SAP access requests, provisioning, and de-provisioning across BE and BM.
• Validate request completeness, required approvals, and alignment with established access procedures before implementation.
• Complete assigned requests within the mandatory established SLA.
• Monitor queue aging and escape blockers early enough to prevent SLA breaches.
• Maintain accurate ServiceNow records, including implementation details and completion evidence.
• Verify that implemented access requested match the approved ServiceNow request.
• Escalate complex role issues and technical failures to L2 support.
• Ensure accomplishment with segregation of duties approach according to SOX principles.

Requirements:

• Minimum three years of SAP Security experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP & SAP GRC user administration, role design and assignment, provisioning/de-provisioning, authorization troubleshooting, and security change management.
• Experience managing access requests through an IT service management platform (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Ability to manage competing priorities while meeting defined service deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication with requesters and support teams.
• Knowledge or previous experience with SOX compliance and IT controls is highly desired.
