You will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, product and technology teams, and external partners to ensure delivery against scope, timeline, budget, and strategic objectives across a global, cross-functional environment.

We are seeking a senior-level Salesforce Project Manager with proven experience leading complex enterprise initiatives from planning through delivery. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, product teams, technology teams, and external partners, ensuring successful delivery against scope, timeline, budget, and strategic objectives within a global, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Partner with business teams to define requirements, priorities, milestones, and success criteria.
• Provide updates to steering committees and prepare executive-level project status reports.
• Drive Agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, backlog management, release planning, demos, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams involved in Salesforce initiatives.
• Manage integrations between Salesforce, enterprise platforms, data services, and third-party applications.
• Ensure initiatives align with security, audit, and compliance standards.
• Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, blockers, and dependencies.
• Monitor project finances, resource utilization, and capacity planning.
• Coordinate globally distributed teams and facilitate collaboration across multiple time zones.
• Manage relationships with internal teams, vendors, and technology partners to ensure ownership and accountability for deliverables.

Requirements and Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing enterprise software implementation projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience leading Salesforce initiatives in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and core platform capabilities.
• Experience managing globally distributed teams and projects spanning multiple time zones.
• Proven ability to manage executive stakeholders and communicate project status effectively.
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Strong background in risk management, organization, and problem-solving.
• Experience coordinating integration initiatives between Salesforce and enterprise platforms.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal, is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Business Analyst, or Salesforce Consultant certification.
• PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
• Previous experience within financial services, asset management, or enterprise technology environments.
• Experience leading high-visibility Salesforce programs involving multiple teams.
• Knowledge of audit, compliance, and security processes related to enterprise platforms.
