OpsArmy is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Platform Developer for a remote role with exposure to Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud. You will manage data, configure CRM processes, and support quoting and revenue operations while ensuring data quality and accuracy across the CRM platform.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on Salesforce experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment, contributing to GTM and revenue processes.

Responsabilidades

  • Audit, clean, and maintain Salesforce data (accounts, contacts, opportunities).
  • Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and CPQ/Revenue Cloud features.
  • Support quoting, pricing, product configurations, and revenue-related processes.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports for RevOps.
  • Document CRM processes and workflows; promote data quality and consistency.

Salesforce Platform Developer

Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday
Time Zone: Eastern Time (ET)
Location: Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Platform Developer with strong technical expertise in Salesforce administration, configuration, data management, CRM process improvement, and revenue-related Salesforce solutions.

The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience working extensively in Salesforce and is comfortable managing complex datasets, improving CRM processes, configuring Salesforce functionality, and maintaining accurate, reliable sales data.

Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud is required, along with the ability to support complex quoting, pricing, and revenue processes within Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Data Management & Cleanup
  • Audit, maintain, and clean Salesforce data, including accounts, contacts, and opportunities.
  • Identify and resolve duplicate, incomplete, and inconsistent records.
  • Standardize fields, naming conventions, data structures, and pipeline information.
  • Support CRM consolidation, migration, and data cleanup initiatives.
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity across Salesforce.
CRM Configuration & Process Implementation
  • Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and related CRM functionality.
  • Implement and maintain CRM processes based on defined business requirements.
  • Configure and support Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud functionality.
  • Support quoting, pricing, product, and revenue‑related processes within Salesforce.
  • Support customer segmentation and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) structures.
  • Improve pipeline management, reporting, and data quality processes.
  • Troubleshoot Salesforce‑related issues and recommend practical solutions.
Revenue & GTM Operations Support
  • Support revenue and go‑to‑market (GTM) operational processes.
  • Assist with reporting, forecasting, and revenue planning workflows.
  • Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and operational reports.
  • Support CPQ and Revenue Cloud processes related to quoting, pricing, and revenue operations.
  • Help improve CRM processes to support accurate and reliable revenue data.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Documentation & Operational Support
  • Create and maintain documentation and SOPs for CRM processes and workflows.
  • Document Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud processes and configurations as needed.
  • Promote consistent Salesforce usage and data‑management practices.
  • Follow established procedures while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
  • Support ad hoc CRM, sales operations, and RevOps initiatives as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • Strong hands‑on Salesforce expertise is required.
  • Hands‑on experience with Salesforce CPQ is required.
  • Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud is required.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce fundamentals, including objects, reporting, data management, and data hygiene.
  • Experience configuring and supporting Salesforce CRM processes and workflows.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong technical and analytical problem‑solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when working with large datasets.
  • Ability to follow structured processes and document workflows clearly.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Revenue Operations (RevOps) or Go‑to‑Market (GTM) Operations.
  • Experience supporting sales or revenue teams in a high‑growth environment.
  • Experience with CRM migrations, consolidations, or integrations.
  • Experience supporting complex quoting, pricing, product configuration, or revenue processes.
  • Familiarity with automation and workflow tools such as Zapier, Clay, or similar platforms.
  • Experience developing or improving CRM processes and reporting frameworks.
What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is highly proficient in Salesforce, experienced with CPQ and Revenue Cloud, technically capable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working with data and CRM processes.

The successful candidate should be able to take ownership of Salesforce‑related tasks, identify data or process issues, and implement practical solutions while maintaining accuracy and consistency. They should also be comfortable supporting quoting, pricing, revenue, and GTM processes within Salesforce, including Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud.
