NielsenIQ is seeking a detail-oriented Post-Sales Enablement Specialist to drive smooth transition from closed opportunities to revenue and ensure a top-tier client experience. You’ll work across Sales, Finance, Product, Legal, and Delivery to improve post-sale processes and data hygiene in CRM and billing systems.

This role requires strong English communication, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to optimize workflows in a hybrid Bogotá-based environment.

Formación

  • Speaks fluent English (B2 or higher proficiency).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and Microsoft products; basic formulas.
  • Experience with CRM and financial systems (Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; related work experience in Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Revenue Enablement, or Finance required.

Responsabilidades

  • Sales Opportunity Management: Ensure smooth progression from closed-won to revenue by managing client setup, PO tracking, order processing, billing coordination, and internal handoffs; maintain CRM accuracy and support end-of-deal tasks.
  • Post-Sales Systems & Troubleshooting: Serve as a key user of Microsoft Dynamics to resolve opportunity issues, submit POCRs, create and follow up on help tickets, and address order or billing concerns across platforms.
  • Financial & Revenue Operations: Liaise with Sales, Finance, and Billing to address invoicing concerns, unblock revenue, and support revenue recognition activities—especially during month-end and quarter-end close cycles.
  • Reporting & Insights: Build and maintain regular and ad hoc reports (e.g., Power BI dashboards) to track deal status, financial blockers, and sales cycle metrics; use insights to flag risks and propose improvements.
  • Process Enablement & Governance: Drive adherence to internal policies, revenue recognition principles, and sales best practices; identify gaps, propose scalable improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the post-sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Speaks fluent English (B2 or higher proficiency)
