Job summary

P&G Bogota General Office is seeking non-graduating university students for an internship with a managerial flavor. You will participate in launching and evaluating brand strategies, developing and executing sales and marketing plans based on deep market insights.

You will learn market development concepts, work with brands, distributors, pharmacies, supermarkets, and coordinate brand campaigns, digital marketing, and events.

Qualifications

• Non-graduating university students only.
• Must maintain active student status at least through the first semester of 2027, or throughout the internship period.

Responsibilities

• Co-leading a new launch or evaluating current strategies of a brand or product.
• Develop, negotiate and execute sales and marketing strategies based on customer, market and sales analysis.
• Learn and execute market development and consumer behavior concepts across brands, customers and channels.
• Design and execute brand campaigns (media, digital, CRM, in-store, PR).
• Lead campaign briefs and monitor execution; co-leading digital marketing on your brand.
