Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in video editing within the ecommerce marketing space, with a strong portfolio.
Proficient in CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, and DaVinci.
Understanding of metrics like hook rate, hold rate, and CTR; experience with short-form DR videos.
Background in creative strategy is advantageous.
Agency experience is a plus.
Experience using AI tools like Higgsfield, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.
Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

Edit raw footage into polished content for Meta and TikTok, optimizing hooks and story flow.
