Hire Hangar is seeking a Junior Video Editor to craft engaging YouTube videos and podcast content for a global audience. You will edit long-form pieces with multi‑camera setups and create short-form clips for Shorts, Reels, and TikTok, ensuring pacing and retention align with platform best practices.

You will leverage AI-assisted workflows, captions, and audio cleanup to speed production while collaborating with producers and creators in a remote setup, following brand guidelines and established

Formación

• 2+ years hands-on editing YouTube videos or podcasts
• Experience using AI tools in editing workflows
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Strong understanding of YouTube/podcast pacing and retention
• Experience collaborating remotely using Slack/Zoom/Google Workspace
• Experience with US/UK-based companies

Responsabilidades

• Edit long-form YouTube videos and video podcasts, including multi-camera edits
• Create short-form clips (Shorts, Reels, TikToks) from podcast and YouTube content
• Apply clean cuts, pacing, captions, and sound balancing
• Use AI-powered tools to assist with editing workflows, captioning, clipping, noise reduction, and content optimization
• Collaborate with producers and creators to implement feedback and revisions efficiently
• Ensure videos align with brand guidelines, platform best practices, and publishing requirements
• Organize project files and assets to support a smooth remote workflow
