BairesDev is seeking an experienced SQL Server Database Architect to join our 100% remote global team. You will design, optimize, and migrate high‑volume databases and collaborate with .NET/Blazor developers to ensure robust data solutions.

Responsibilities include refactoring stored procedures, tuning performance, and planning Azure migrations, while upholding data integrity and security in a fast‑moving, multicultural environment.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in database architecture or engineering.
• Strong expertise in SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with C#/.NET.
• Experience with Blazor for front-end/backend collaboration.
• Strong background in database performance tuning, including indexing, execution plans, and normalization.
• Experience with stored procedure refactoring and data architecture design.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain secure, high-performance SQL Server databases.
• Refactor existing stored procedures into modular, maintainable logic in code.
• Work on a table-driven rules engine to centralize sizing and configuration logic.
• Collaborate with .NET and Blazor developers to improve backend integration.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
• Plan and support migration to Azure-based database services.
