A leading educational organization is hiring a bilingual special needs ESL teacher to support blind, deaf, and deafblind children in Costa Rica. This fully remote position offers a competitive hourly rate of $15 USD, flexible part-time hours, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in students' lives. Formación

• Native Spanish speakers required, C1/C2 level fluency in English.
• Minimum 3 years of teaching English experience, online experience preferred.
• No criminal record.

Responsabilidades

• Teach English to blind, deaf, and deafblind children in Costa Rica.
• Conduct one-on-one and small group online sessions.
• Work from home with a stable internet connection.

Conocimientos

Spanish fluency

English proficiency (C1/C2)

Sign language proficiency

Braille proficiency

Experience with AAC systems

Educación

Bachelor's Degree or higher in English, Translation, or Special Education

Accredited TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification (120 hours or above)

Specialized certification in Visual Impairment, Deaf Education, or Special Needs
