Mercor is seeking a Voice Actor for CX Agent Voice Cloning (Spanish - Latin America) on a remote, contract basis. You will record high-quality voice samples, ensuring clear, natural, and expressive speech while following strict recording guidelines.

Ideal candidates are native Latin American Spanish speakers in Latin America with the ability to deliver neutral Spanish and adapt to different vocal styles. Access to a professional recording setup is preferred, and 5–10 hours per week is expected.

Formación

• Native Latin American Spanish speaker based in Latin America with neutral, internationally intelligible Spanish.
• Clear, natural, and expressive voice; prior voice acting, narration, or broadcast experience is a plus but not required.
• Access to a professional or near-professional recording setup.
• Strong command of intonation, diction, and emotional range.
• Ability to follow scripts precisely while maintaining natural delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Record high-quality voice samples across diverse scripts, including conversational, narrative, and instructional.
• Deliver clear, natural, and expressive speech with strong control over tone, pacing, and pronunciation.
• Maintain consistency in voice, accent, and delivery across recording sessions.
• Follow detailed recording guidelines, including environment, microphone setup, and file formatting.
• Perform multiple takes with variation in emotion, emphasis, and style when required.
