Job summary

ContactLink Solutions is seeking skilled Spanish-English interpreters for a fully remote, full-time contractor position. Ideal candidates are based in Latin America with at least one year of interpretation experience and strong note-taking abilities.

Responsibilities include professional call handling, healthcare terminology fluency, and team communication. Onboarding is required, with immediate availability after onboarding and monthly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Based in Latin America.
• Minimum 1 year of interpretation experience.
• Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills to maintain a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to render correct concepts and meanings according to established interpretation protocols, avoiding omissions or additions.
• Ability to explain certain cultural concepts to avoid miscommunication, with permission or at the request of the client.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls professionally, acting according to the interpreter’s code of conduct.
• Be familiar with industry-specific vocabulary (especially healthcare and medical terminology).
• Participate in internal professional training.
• Communicate and report to your team leader.
