BairesDev is seeking a Staff Distributed Systems Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of large-scale, fault-tolerant systems. You will define architectural patterns, ensure performance, and mentor engineering teams across distributed architectures.

Competenze

• 7+ years of distributed systems experience, scalability, and fault-tolerant architectures.
• Strong background in software architecture design.
• Strong understanding of system security.
• In-depth knowledge of memory management and performance optimization.
• Experience designing and integrating distributed and scalable solutions in cloud environments.
• Relational and non-relational databases expertise.
• Ability to choose between architectures/technologies and understand pros/cons.
• Expert in managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Advanced level of English.
