INGEPSY seeks a Senior Full Stack AI Engineer to accelerate the development of a fast-growing product. The role is hands‑on, turning complex business requirements into secure, scalable software with a strong full stack background.

The ideal candidate combines full stack skills with Claude/Anthropic hands-on experience, Azure deployments, DevOps, and secure software practices. This is LATAM-based, 100% remote, with standard CST hours.

Formación

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong Full Stack background.
• Hands-on experience with Anthropic/Claude and production deployments.
• Experience developing AI/LLM applications, agents, or AI-powered workflows.
• Practical experience with Azure cloud deployments and secure software development.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment workflows.
• Strong testing and QA mindset; ability to validate code and AI-generated artifacts.
• Knowledge of application and data security best practices.
• Advanced English with strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build AI-powered features using Claude and Anthropic tools, including agents and workflows.
• Develop, test, and optimize AI/LLM solutions from design through production deployment.
• Translate product requirements into technical solutions and implementation plans.
• Own software quality through testing, debugging, and review of AI-generated code.
• Build and maintain cloud infrastructure and deployment workflows in Azure; apply DevOps practices.
• Develop solutions with security, data protection, scalability, and maintainability in mind.
• Collaborate with CTO, product owners, and stakeholders; communicate decisions and progress.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and engineering standards.
