Proxify seeks a Senior dbt Developer to lead transforming client data into clean, performance-driven models across their cloud data warehouse. You will own dbt architecture, standardizing modeling, testing, documentation, and deployment, applying software-like practices to analytics code.

You will optimize pipelines, implement CI/CD, and craft modular dbt environments enabling fast, accurate business decisions with scale in mind.

Formación

• 3+ years of production experience architecting dbt Core or Cloud projects.
• Master-level SQL with dimensional modeling, Data Vault 2.0, or wide-table analytics.
• Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks.
• Git version control and CI/CD workflows with testing before production.
• Extending dbt with Jinja templating, macros, and packages like dbt_utils.
• Python for dbt extensions and data workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and maintain scalable dbt models mapping raw data to analytical layers.
• Profile and optimize slow dbt models with materialization strategies.
• Establish data quality testing within dbt to catch anomalies and drift.
• Maintain documentation and lineage graphs for data structures.
• Lead peer code reviews and enforce naming conventions and cost controls.
