BairesDev is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design and maintain large-scale data pipelines, connecting raw data sources to analytical systems and providing the infrastructure for data-driven decision making. You will work within a global team of the world's Top 1% tech talent and help deliver scalable solutions that have a real impact.

You will work 100% remotely, benefit from flexible hours, and receive excellent compensation in USD or local currency, with hardware and software setup

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Software Engineering.
• Experience designing and maintaining large-scale data pipelines.
• Proficient in SQL for complex data manipulation and performance optimization.
• Hands-on ETL and data warehousing on Amazon Redshift.
• Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services and data lake architectures.
• Advanced English skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and optimize scalable ETL pipelines to transform raw data into high-quality datasets.
• Develop and maintain data warehouse architectures using Redshift and AWS services.
• Implement automated workflows to ensure data reliability, consistency, and accessibility at scale.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical data solutions.
• Enhance system performance through SQL optimization and infrastructure redesign.
• Establish best practices for data modeling and governance to support long-term scalability.
