Coforge is seeking a Senior Data Analytics Engineer to lead BI modernization and the migration of dashboards from ThoughtSpot to Power BI. You will design reusable data models, enforce governance, and partner with data engineering to ensure clean, scalable sources for global stakeholders.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in BI, Data Analytics or related fields.
• Strong Power BI expertise: DAX, Power Query, data modeling and performance optimization.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience querying Azure Databricks environments.
• Experience designing enterprise dashboards and data storytelling artifacts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead migration of dashboards from ThoughtSpot to Power BI with enterprise standards.
• Design and maintain reusable data models and semantic layers for self-service analytics.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure clean, scalable data sources in Power BI.
• Optimize report performance, governance, and security for global stakeholders.
• Gather requirements from business teams and transform data into insights.
• Train users and drive adoption of the Power BI ecosystem.
• Contribute to BI standards, governance, and documentation.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and iterative delivery.
