Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer – SRE to shape how internal teams build, operate, and rely on cloud infrastructure. This hands-on role blends infrastructure as code with site reliability engineering, giving you ownership over safe, reliable self-service for engineering.

You will work on multi-cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure), define SLOs, observability, incident response, and runbooks, and collaborate across Platform, IT, and Security teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure or site reliability engineering.
• Strong proficiency in infrastructure as code on GCP and AWS (Terraform, OpenTofu, Terragrunt).
• Background in site reliability engineering for internal platform services, including observability and incident response.
• Experience with multi-cloud networking across GCP, AWS, and Azure.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain infrastructure as code across GCP and AWS using Terraform, OpenTofu, or Terragrunt.
• Own SRE for internal platform services, including observability, incident response, and RCA.
• Establish SLOs, monitoring, alerting, and operational standards for internal services.
• Lead architecture decisions across Platform, Systems, IT, InfoSec, and product engineering.
