MMS Holdings is seeking a data management professional in Colombia to lead data management activities from study setup to close-out, ensuring high-quality data and regulatory alignment. The role requires guiding cross-functional teams and mentoring junior staff in a remote setup.

You will coordinate with clients and suppliers, manage timelines, and drive data integrity across complex trials while advancing your expertise in GCP and CDM processes.

Formación

• 5+ years in data management field with leadership experience
• Extensive knowledge of paper CRF study systems, EDC, and hybrid CDM systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong organizational abilities

Responsabilidades

• Lead data management projects with minimal supervision
• Oversee CRF tracking, data entry, and data validation
• Coordinate with DM suppliers and clients to meet project goals
• Ensure GMP/ICH/GDPR-like compliance as applicable to data management
