Job summary

Coforge is seeking a Senior Backend Developer (C#/.NET + Node.js) to join a remote LATAM team. The role requires 5+ years in backend development, strong Node.js and C#/.NET skills, and experience with MongoDB/NoSQL.

You will design, build, and scale backend services in a distributed environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features. Apply TDD practices to ensure high-quality, reliable code and participate in ETL and reporting tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, especially Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with C# and the .NET framework.
• Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of backend development principles and best practices.
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining backend services.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of test-driven development and software quality practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
