Job summary

BairesDev is hiring a Senior Backend Developer to design and build scalable Node.js services in a 100% remote environment. You will lead architectural decisions, mentor junior engineers, and deliver high-performance solutions addressing complex business challenges.

Qualifications

4+ years of Node.js backend development experience.
Strong expertise in Node.js ecosystem and backend architecture.
Proficiency in TypeScript, Express.js, and modern Node.js frameworks.
Experience with microservices, distributed systems, and cloud platforms.
Advanced knowledge of database design and optimization.
Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

Design and implement advanced, scalable backend architectures using Node.js and related technologies.
Lead technical design and architectural decisions for backend solutions.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's backend development best practices.
Develop complex, high-performance Node.js applications with optimized performance and efficient data handling.
Implement advanced microservices architectures and cloud-native solutions.
