Alignerr is seeking a Search Quality Evaluator (AI Training) to assess search results, AI-generated answers, and content recommendations. This is a fully remote, hourly contract role with 10–40 hours/week and sharp judgment with strong attention to detail.

No AI background required; if you can navigate the web and think critically about what makes a good search result, you're already halfway there.

Formación

• Excellent written English communication.
• Strong attention to detail and structured thinking.
• Ability to objectively evaluate relevance and quality of content.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate search engine results for relevance and usefulness.
• Rate AI-generated answers and content recommendations using rubrics.
• Compare multiple results and rank by quality and user value.
• Provide clear, concise written explanations to support ratings.
