Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Salesforce CPQ Specialist to design and implement complex Configure-Price-Quote solutions that streamline pricing, quoting, and billing across the organization. You will configure CPQ components, build pricing rules, product bundles, quote templates, and automate approvals.

You’ll collaborate with sales and finance to translate business logic into scalable technical solutions while ensuring data integrity and system performance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce administration or development with a focus on CPQ.
• Experience implementing and configuring Salesforce CPQ solutions.
• Experience building pricing rules, product bundles, and quote templates.
• Experience with approval workflows and sales process automation.
• Strong understanding of quoting and billing cycles within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Salesforce CPQ components, including product bundles, constraint rules, and price rules.
• Design and implement complex pricing models and discount schedules to automate quote calculations.
• Develop and optimize approval workflows and quote templates to enhance deal velocity and document accuracy.
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to translate business logic into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure data integrity and system performance within the CPQ environment through regular audits and testing.
