Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to configure and manage Salesforce orgs, using no-code and low-code solutions to streamline workflows and improve data visibility. You will be the primary contact for platform configuration and user support.

Responsibilities include designing automated processes with Salesforce Flows, managing user access, and creating dashboards to deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration or a related role.
Proficiency in configuring and managing Salesforce orgs using no-code/low-code solutions.
Experience designing Salesforce flows and validation rules.
Hands-on experience with user admin, reports, and dashboards.
Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Design and implement automated business processes using Salesforce Flows and validation rules.
Manage user access, roles, and permissions to maintain a secure environment.
Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
Perform regular system audits and data hygiene tasks for platform health.
Configure and customize standard and custom objects to meet business needs.
Provide technical support and guidance to users for Salesforce features adoption.
