Qualifications

• 4+ years of Salesforce Administration or related role.
• Experience configuring Salesforce orgs with no-code/low-code tools.
• Design and implement flows, validation rules, and automation.
• Hands-on experience with user administration, reports, and dashboards.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated business processes using Salesforce Flows and validation rules.
• Manage user access, roles, and permissions to maintain a secure and organized environment.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Perform regular system audits and data hygiene tasks to ensure platform health and accuracy.
• Configure and customize standard and custom objects to support evolving business requirements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to users, ensuring efficient adoption of Salesforce features.
