Job summary

Agency is seeking an entry-level Retirement Plan Administration Associate to support termination processes for DC plans, including year-end testing and 5500s. You will draft termination resolutions, and communicate with clients, collaborating with a small, agile team.

The contract role is remote, with 9am–6pm ET shifts, and an hourly compensation model. This position offers an entry-level path in retirement plan administration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in retirement plan administration.
• Experience with plan terminations and/or plan documents.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Meticulous attention to detail and organization.
• Analytical thinking with ability to work independently.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Proficient in MS Office and G Suite.
• QKA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Year end testing for DC plans and 5500s for terminating DC plans (EZ, SF and large).
• Draft termination resolutions.
• Communicate with clients throughout the termination process.
