BairesDev is hiring a Software Engineer (Python + Kubernetes) to design and build distributed systems with cloud-native automation, joining a fully remote, globally distributed team.

You will work on backend services, container orchestration with Kubernetes, AWS-based infrastructure, and Spark data pipelines to scale applications and ensure high availability, with strong English communication across a multicultural, mentorship-driven environment.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud Infrastructure.
• Proven expertise in developing distributed systems using Python.
• Proficiency in orchestrating and managing containerized workloads with Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure.
• Strong background in data processing using Spark for scalable backend systems.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop backend services and distributed systems using Python.
• Orchestrate and manage containerized workloads and application deployments within Kubernetes clusters.
• Build and maintain scalable backend infrastructure leveraging AWS services.
• Implement data processing solutions and pipelines using Spark to support large-scale workloads.
• Automate the deployment and lifecycle management of applications to ensure high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize system reliability and observability across the infrastructure.
