BairesDev is a 100% remote company seeking a Product Owner with Azure DevOps expertise to drive product development and agile delivery. You will manage the product backlog, roadmap, and work with development teams to deliver features.
The role requires 3+ years in Product Owner or Product Management, strong Azure DevOps experience, Agile/Scrum knowledge, and advanced English. Enjoy flexible hours and a global, multicultural team.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Product Owner or Product Management experience.
- Experience with Azure DevOps for backlog and project management.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proven skills in backlog prioritization and product roadmap planning.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Advanced level of English.
Responsabilités
- Define and manage product vision, roadmap, and backlog priorities.
- Work with Azure DevOps to manage product backlogs, sprints, and releases.
- Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define user stories.
- Prioritize features and backlog items based on business value and technical feasibility.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure successful product delivery.
