GIGA IT in Colombia is seeking a Semisenior Product Manager to join our events-focused product teams. You will lead discovery, refine requirements, and translate business needs into actionable user stories for engineering.

You will manage the backlog, prioritize work based on value, and communicate progress to local and international stakeholders. This role supports a remote-friendly, globally distributed team and offers a collaborative, growth-oriented culture.

Qualifications

Semisenior PM experience in tech products or enterprise applications.
Discovery, requirements refinement and prioritization.
Backlog management and user story writing.
Business stakeholder management and direct interaction with Engineering.
Experience working with international teams.
Fluent English in conversation.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery and requirements refinement with business stakeholders.
Prioritize and maintain the backlog based on business value and technical dependencies.
Turn business needs into clear user stories with defined acceptance criteria.
Work directly with Engineering and QA so that what gets built solves the right problem.
Align expectations and communicate progress to local and international stakeholders.
Define and track the product roadmap.
