eXp World Holdings Inc. is seeking a Mobile Software Developer to join our International IT team in a fully remote capacity from Colombia.

You will contribute to design, development, and deployment of high-quality mobile applications using the Nexus platform, collaborating with product managers and senior developers to deliver scalable software. The role requires 1–2 years in software development, with hands-on mobile platform experience (iOS/Android).

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in software development.
• 1–2 years of software development experience.
• Experience working with mobile platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain the mobile application across iOS/Android.
• Write clean, efficient, well-documented code following best practices.
• Translate designs and requirements into functional features.
• Implement and consume APIs to connect to backend services.
• Fix bugs, crashes, and performance issues.
• Monitor app performance and optimize memory and battery use.
• Write unit and integration tests for reliability.
• Manage build, release, and deployment to app stores.
