AgileEngine is seeking a Mobile Engineer (React Native) to build POS applications and backend features in React Native and Node.js for a major QSR platform. The role focuses on TypeScript features for the POS tablet app, robust offline-first experiences, and modern synchronization approaches.

You will participate in code reviews, Agile delivery, and leverage AI-assisted development tools daily, with a commitment to high coding standards and production readiness.

Formación

• 4+ years of software engineering experience with production delivery preferred.
• Hands-on experience with offline-first or local-first data using Automerge, Ditto, or comparable CRDT-based sync frameworks.
• Strong experience with React Native and TypeScript, with the ability to write Node.js backend code.
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, API design, debugging, and testing.
• Experience with REST APIs, service-based architectures, databases, and persistence.
• Ability to follow established architecture and standards.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude and GitHub Copilot.

Responsabilidades

• Build React Native and TypeScript features for the POS tablet app within established patterns.
• Implement and maintain Node.js and TypeScript service endpoints.
• Write clean, well-tested code and take part in code reviews.
• Debug and resolve defects and production issues for your features.
• Participate in Agile delivery, including planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
