SCALEUP is seeking a Marketing Project Manager on a 9-month independent contractor basis. This 100% remote, full-time role (40 hours/week) will support marketing projects for our client’s field and sales teams, coordinating timelines, briefs, and stakeholder communications.

You will drive projects from request to completion using Monday.com, capture decisions, and keep teams aligned while managing risks and ensuring on-time delivery.

Formación

• Experience as a Project Manager delivering marketing initiatives.
• Strong written communication and stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsabilidades

• Manage marketing projects, timelines, deliverables, and next steps using Monday.com.
• Participate in meetings, take clear notes, and translate discussions into clear action items.
• Follow up with team members and stakeholders to keep projects moving and deadlines on track.
• Support project-related communications, including emails and status updates.
• Support copywriting as needed, with direction, existing prompts, and review from the Marketing team.
• Review creative materials against approved briefs and provide clear, organized feedback.
• Build a strong working relationship with the Sales team to support effective collaboration between Sales and Marketing.
• Keep project information, feedback, and decisions organized so everyone stays aligned.
• Proactively identify when something is at risk of falling behind or when additional input is needed.
