Formación

• Must have excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing.
• Portfolio or links showing writing, social content, graphics, photography, or video work.
• Proficient with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut, WordPress.
• Ability to edit short-form video content for social platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Organized and able to manage multiple deadlines independently.
• Available for regular collaboration during U.S. Central Time hours.

Responsabilidades

• Create written and visual content for social media, emails, blogs, and recruiting.
• Develop social posts, captions, short-form videos, graphics, and project spotlights.
• Edit photos and video footage provided by field and office teams.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style.
• Build and manage a practical content calendar.
• Research landscaping, gardening, and seasonal topics.
• Turn technical information into clear homeowner content.
• Write and edit website articles and SEO-friendly blog content.
• Support email newsletters, promotions, reminders, and campaigns.
• Coordinate with leaders to gather project updates and client stories.
• Track content performance and suggest improvements.
• Organize digital assets and content drafts.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing.
