A technology company is seeking a detail-oriented Yondr Hub Support Specialist for a remote, contract-based role. The ideal candidate will support the online community network by managing data, onboarding schools, and handling customer inquiries. This role requires experience in data entry and customer service, alongside excellent organizational and communication skills. The position offers $25–30 per hour and is initially a 3-month contract with the potential for extension.

Formación

• Proven experience with data entry, content management, or similar administrative tasks.
• Some experience in a customer service role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with online platforms and basic web navigation.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote setting.

Responsabilidades

• Field inbound support requests through the Yondr Hub support inbox.
• Process zero‑dollar orders and onboard partner schools.
• Document support tasks in our internal CRM.
• Input and update member profiles into the community platform.
• Review and clean existing data for accuracy.
• Tag and categorize content to improve user experience.
