Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to craft visual concepts for e-commerce experiences, web and mobile projects, and omnichannel campaigns. You will ideate, design, and ensure alignment with client goals while upholding high standards.

Collaborate with in‑house and freelance designers, mentor junior team members, and leverage AI tools to improve workflows. Strong UX/UI fundamentals and client communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong visual design aesthetic and conceptual thinking.
• Meticulous attention to detail in all deliverables.
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively with the team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when discussing design with clients.
• UX/UI skill set, including wireframes, sitemaps, and information architecture.
• Ability to articulate digital design and web terms to clients about how designs work.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to self‑manage and prioritize tasks.
• Experience designing for omnichannel, including Amazon A+ Creative, email, social, and campaigns.
• 4+ years of digital design experience; prior agency experience preferred.
• Solid knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS.

Responsibilities

• Mentor junior designers and interns.
• Explore new design tools and methods, including AI-driven approaches.
