Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a seasoned Node Engineer to join our development team in a fully remote role. With 5+ years in React/Node and a deep understanding of microservices, databases, and cloud infrastructure, you will shape scalable backend systems.

You will design APIs, drive API evolution, and contribute to high-quality code through reviews, tests, and CI/CD. This position offers flexible hours, global collaboration, and competitive USD compensation.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in React/Node.
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Experience with microservices and cloud architectures.
Experience using the Nest.js framework.
IT infrastructure knowledge and agile practices.
Strong understanding of SOLID, CLEAN Code, and scalable solutions.
Knowledge of AWS (RDS, SNS, SQS, Lambda), REST, GraphQL, TypeScript, Terraform and CircleCI.
Experience developing full applications from scratch.
Experience with automated tests and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong version control experience.
Advanced English level.

Responsibilities

Architect backend systems using best practices.

Design, extend, and implement APIs.
