At BairesDev, a 100% remote technology leader, we engineer enterprise AI solutions with a global Top 1% talent pool. Join as a Full-stack Python AI Engineer to own end-to-end features—from agent and skill integrations to RAG pipelines—while contributing across backend and frontend.

The role offers growth from Senior to Principal based on impact, with strong emphasis on production-grade AI systems. You will collaborate on scalable interfaces, evaluation-driven validation, and a balanced 70/30

Formación

• 5+ years of experience with Python; 8+ years for lead-level scope.
• Production experience with LLM integration and RAG pipelines using LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
• Proficiency with React and TypeScript.
• Experience with AWS.
• Availability to work PST hours.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Experience with LLM evaluation tools (LangSmith, LLM-as-judge, offline evals).
• Experience with Next.js.
• Experience with vector search and embeddings.
• Experience with containers and microservices.
• Prior experience leading a pod or owning a component end to end.

Responsabilidades

• Own features end to end, including agent and skill integrations, RAG pipelines, and supporting API services.
• Build and maintain frontend interfaces within an established design system.
• Validate agent behavior against evaluation sets rather than spot checks.
• Balance workload across the stack with a backend lean of ~70/30.
