Appspring Tech is seeking a Front-End Engineer to craft accessible, high-performance UI using React and modern CSS. You will translate designs into semantic HTML/CSS/React, optimize load speeds, and collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs. The role emphasizes WCAG 2.1 compliance, responsive design, and continuous improvement in a fully remote setting.

You’ll participate in agile stand-ups, reviews, and design system work, with ongoing learning through courses and certifications.

Formación

• 3+ years of professional front-end experience with React or similar framework.
• Strong CSS skills including Grid, Flexbox, responsive design, and CSS variables.
• Commitment to semantic HTML and WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines.
• Good written and spoken English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Translate Figma designs into semantic, accessible HTML/CSS and React code.
• Optimize web apps for load speed, visual stability, and responsive layouts.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and handle async states.
• Participate in daily agile stand-ups, code reviews, and refinement sessions.
• Contribute to internal layout libraries and design systems documentation.
