Ideal candidates showcase a strong portfolio and proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Chief Architect, and Lumion, plus clear written English and self-management in a freelance setup.

Formación

• Residential drafting and 3D visualization experience.
• Strong portfolio of 2D drawings and residential 3D renderings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Chief Architect, Revit and Lumion.

Responsabilidades

• Update, modify, and refine existing 2D drawings, floor plans, and elevations.
• Create realistic 3D renderings for residential projects.
• Transform sketches and measurements into digital plans.
• Prepare files in PDF, DWG, SketchUp, RVT formats.
• Collaborate with U.S.-based project managers and teams.
• Implement design revisions based on client feedback and deadlines.
• Deliver accurate work within project timelines and quality standards.
