Hyremote LLC is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Designer to design systems for commercial projects from architectural plans, using industry-standard software.

You will review specs to apply ICC and NFPA standards, produce layouts for engineering review, coordinate with architects and engineers, and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision; 100% remote within Colombia, Mon–Fri EST schedule, full-time. Weekly salary payments and competitive compensation included.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of fire sprinkler design experience required.
• Strong understanding of ICC or NFPA standards.
• Knowledge of hydraulic concepts and construction drawings.

Aufgaben

• Design fire sprinkler systems from architectural plans using industry-standard software.
• Review project specifications and apply ICC/NFPA standards throughout the design process.
• Produce sprinkler layouts and working drawings ready for engineering review and approvals.
• Potential involvement in hydraulic calculations when required.
• Manage assigned projects in Asana, document and track progress.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other trades as needed.
• Revise plans based on review comments and changes.
• Prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Assist with field design issues and ensure designs are implementable.
