Uptalent.io seeks an Electrical Quantity Surveyor (Take-Off Specialist) with PlanSwift expertise to manage electrical take-offs and project estimates for U.S.-bound and LATAM projects. You will interpret blueprints, identify material needs, and coordinate with engineers and PMs to ensure accurate cost predictions.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, fluent in English, and able to work remotely as part of a global team, contributing to competitive bids and efficient estimation processes.

Formación

• Proven experience as an Electrical Quantity Surveyor with a specialization in quantity take-offs.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and industry best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform precise quantity take-offs for electrical systems using PlanSwift software.
• Review and interpret electrical blueprints and plans to identify material needs and labor costs.
• Prepare detailed reports that reflect take-off data and assist in preparing project estimates.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers to ensure that take-offs align with project requirements.
• Monitor industry standards and regulations to maintain compliance during the estimation process.
• Support the bidding process by providing accurate and timely information for contractors and stakeholders.
• Continuously refine estimating processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
