LMG Staffing Solutions is seeking a Project Coordinator for a fully remote contract based in Colombia. You will support cross-functional teams across digital marketing, website, branding, and technology projects, ensuring plans and timelines are accurate and tracked in Monday.com.

You will coordinate across account managers, designers, developers, marketers, and leadership to keep work moving through delivery stages.

Formación

2+ years of experience in project coordination or related roles.
Agency experience is strongly preferred.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proactive problem-solving mindset and collaboration.

Responsabilidades

Support account managers and client teams across digital marketing, website, branding, and tech projects.
Create and maintain project plans and timelines in Monday.com.
Build boards, create tickets, assign tasks, dependencies, and documentation.
Monitor progress and identify schedule risks, blockers, or overdue tasks.
Coordinate work across design, development, marketing, strategy, and content teams.
Document meeting notes and follow up on action items; keep stakeholders aligned.
Ensure tasks are estimated, assigned, and updated throughout the lifecycle.
