BairesDev is hiring a DevOps (CI/CD) + AWS Engineer to own an entire platform end-to-end at a fast-moving startup. You will design infrastructure, set up CI/CD pipelines, and deploy services across staging and production with high ownership and autonomy.

Expect to work 100% remotely with flexible hours and strong compensation in USD. You will collaborate across time zones, mentor peers, and contribute to robust, production-safe infrastructure leveraging AI tools and GitOps practices.

Formación

• 8+ years in DevOps, platform engineering, or cloud infra.
• Strong AWS infra expertise and hands-on Kubernetes (EKS).
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• IaC with Terraform; GitOps with Argo CD/Flux.
• Proficiency with AI coding tools in production-safe workflows.
• Excellent English; strong US Eastern timezone overlap.

Responsabilidades

• Own AWS infrastructure design, implementation, and operations end-to-end.
• Set up and teach CI/CD pipelines to developers across the org.
• Deploy and manage services on Kubernetes (EKS) across staging/production.
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
• Apply AI coding tools daily as a supervised multiplier.
• Execute GitOps workflows using Argo CD or Flux.
