StratifyIQ is hiring a Software Engineer to design and build data-driven solutions that empower real estate decisions. This is a fully remote, US-based startup.

You will develop Python data pipelines, perform ETL, optimize databases, and create Tableau dashboards for internal teams and clients. Join a fast-growing team that values ownership, collaboration, and delivering scalable SaaS features.

Formación

• 3+ years in Software/Data Engineering or related role.
• Strong Python proficiency.
• Experience with ETL, data management, and database optimization.
• Advanced Tableau dashboard development.
• Solid SQL and relational DB skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GC).
• Familiarity with APIs and data integrations.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data management solutions.
• Develop Python applications and automation scripts to improve data workflows.
• ETL data from multiple sources.
• Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau for internal teams and clients.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to understand reporting needs.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across systems.
• Optimize databases and data processing performance.
• Integrate APIs and third-party platforms into existing data infrastructure.
• Support data-driven product features and analytics initiatives.
• Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
