Blend is seeking a Data Engineer Analyst to design and implement scalable, domain-oriented data solutions across ingestion, enrichment, and marketing data domains. This role can be fully remote from anywhere in Mexico, collaborating with global teams to power analytics with reliable data pipelines.

You will build and optimize AWS-based data pipelines, ensure data quality, and contribute to governance and best practices.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering on cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Ability to design and implement AI/automation POCs for order intake workflows.
• Experience validating completeness and accuracy of outputs for processed orders.
• Experience creating document management workflows, including routing and logs.
• Ability to generate structured outputs compatible with downstream systems (CSV, JSON, etc.).
• Strong in producing validation reports with metrics and failure analysis.
• Ability to assess solution performance and provide go/no-go recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Design scalable data pipelines on AWS (Glue, S3, Athena, Step Functions).
• Build batch and streaming ingestion pipelines with CDC architectures.
• Support data model design aligned with analytics needs.
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance across pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements.
• Apply modular design, governance, and best practices.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve productivity and code quality.
• Identify risks and optimization opportunities across data workflows.
