ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking a CRA I to join our sponsor-dedicated clinical operations team. Based in Bogota with remote work options, you will monitor studies, coordinate setup, and deliver high-quality outcomes across programs.

You will work independently with the team, maintain study documentation, support feasibility and cost efficiency, build strong relationships with investigators, and ensure patient safety in line with ICH-GCP.

Qualifications

• University degree in medicine, science, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of on-site CRA monitoring experience.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and data review.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills and timely query handling.
• Willingness to travel about 60%.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate setup and monitoring activities, maintain study documentation.
• Run sponsor-generated queries and assist with study cost efficiency; help with feasibility and proposals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with investigators, site staff, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure patient safety by complying with ICON procedures, protocols, and regulatory requirements.
