Job summary

Tech Junction Ltd is seeking an experienced Core Project Manager with a strong background in Core Network technologies and Huawei solutions to lead a remote, Latin America-based deployment for a major Caribbean telecom project.

You will own end-to-end project delivery, coordinate multi-vendor engineering teams, manage timelines and budgets, and report to client engineering leads. Excellent English and remote-working capabilities are essential for global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 6+ years of progressive professional experience in telecommunications project management and core network infrastructure.
• Strong technical knowledge of Core Network technologies (e.g., 4G EPC, 5G Core, IMS, Packet Core routing).
• Extensive hands-on experience managing projects involving Huawei Core Network solutions and vendor equipment.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) for effective international stakeholder communication.
• Mandatory ability to work remotely from Latin America with reliable high-speed internet infrastructure.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale Core Network infrastructure deployments and network modernization programs.
• Collaborate closely with client stakeholders, telecom operators, and Huawei technical specialists across the Caribbean region.
• Manage project lifecycles, scope definition, schedule execution, financial budgets, and resource allocation.
• Track critical path milestones, identify operational bottlenecks, and formulate proactive risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional engineering squads, subcontractors, and vendor partners to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Conduct regular project status reviews, executive stakeholder reporting, and steering committee presentations.
• Ensure strict adherence to high-availability SLAs, technical specifications, and quality standards.
• Maintain meticulous project documentation, risk registers, change logs, and financial reconciliation reports.
