RTX Enterprise Services is seeking a Compliance Engineer Technician to join our team in Puerto Rico. The role focuses on advanced incident support, troubleshooting complex issues, and developing PowerShell scripts to ensure secure, compliant, and reliable data protection solutions.

You will work across Microsoft 365 governance, labeling practices, and RTX proprietary tools, coordinating with cross-functional teams and vendors to enforce compliance and drive operational excellence.

Formación

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years hands-on troubleshooting and desktop support.
• 2+ years PowerShell scripting experience.
• 2+ years of Office 365 experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow ticket intake/management.
• Experience with data classification and protection.
• Experience with networking (switches, routers, firewalls, gateways).

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance is enforced, developed, and operational across Microsoft Office 365 Teams.
• Provide Level 2 to Level 4 incident support for compliance labeling and Microsoft 365 governance.
• Collaborate with Knowledge Team to manage knowledge base articles and documentation on labeling best practices and RTX tools.
• Troubleshoot Unified Labeling clients and tools.
• Use PowerShell scripts to troubleshoot MIP/AIP/UL issues.
• Assist QA to test capabilities of products/services leveraging MIP/AIP/UL, DLP, and O365 governance.
• Attend vendor meetings to support MIP/AIP/UL services and products.
• Track short and long-term issues related to MIP/AIP/UL governance services.
• Follow written work instructions (English only).
