Job summary

The Hello Team is seeking an experienced Remote Project Design Management Specialist to support a full lifecycle from space planning to product specifications and order documentation. You will work with commercial office furniture, layouts, finishes, pricing, and proposals, collaborating with customers and manufacturers in a remote setting.

Key tools include Adobe InDesign, Excel, Word, QuickBooks Online, and Monday.com.

Qualifications

Proficient level of English (written and spoken).
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with teams.
Experience with commercial furniture layouts, specifications, quotations, and proposals.
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
Experience with CET Commercial Interiors / 2020 CAP-Giza is highly preferred.
QuickBooks Online and Monday.com experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop commercial office furniture layouts and space plans from drawings and requirements.
Create layouts, specifications, bills of material, and related docs using CET Commercial Interiors / 2020 CAP/Giza.
Produce 2D/3D views, renderings, elevations, and presentation graphics.
Prepare customer proposals using InDesign, Acrobat, Excel, and product literature.
Maintain accurate costing, pricing, and version control across documents.
Coordinate with customers, manufacturers, and internal teams through the project lifecycle.
