Bluelight is seeking a senior software architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, low-latency systems. You will craft architectures, drive architectural decisions, and mentor engineers across projects for our US and Latin American clients.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of software development with an architecture focus, deep AWS experience, and strong Node.js/TypeScript/JavaScript skills, including secure multi-tenant design and ADRs. Remote work is available.

Formación

• 8+ years of professional software development experience with architecture focus.
• Deep experience with low-latency service architectures in AWS.
• Experience with latency budgets (p95/p99) and durable commits.
• Experience designing audit/evidence systems with immutable logs and versioning.
• Secure multi-tenant architectures and RLS considerations.
• Strong Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript skills.
• Ability to overlap US business hours.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Extreme ownership and accountability.
• Client-focused, proactive attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement high-quality software architectures for scalable systems.
• Lead architecture decisions and code reviews with engineering teams.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to technical decision records (ADRs).
• Collaborate with clients to align architecture with business needs.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and SDK integrations.
• Participate in security reviews and ensure multi-tenant safety.
